Ms. DeFonte joined the firm in 2003. She had several years of medical malpractice defense experience prior to joining our firm. She has been involved in catastrophic injury cases, including perinatal and elder abuse cases.

Ms. DeFonte earned her BA from UC Berkeley in 1996 and her JD from Loyola Law School in 2000. While at Loyola Law School, Ms. DeFonte was a member of the International and Comparative Law Review. She is a member of the California State Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
