Mr. Finkel joined the firm in 2005 with many years of medical malpractice defense experience here in the East Bay.

Mr. Finkel obtained his BA from Pomona College in 1985 and his law degree from George Mason University School of Law in 1993, where he wrote for the Civil Rights Law Journal and was awarded an IOTLA fellowship. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1993 and admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court in 2002.
