Mr. Galloway has been defending complex civil litigation cases for more than 30 years. His civil trial experience includes jury trials in many venues throughout Northern and Central California. He has litigated in both state and federal courts and has defended healthcare providers, institutions and municipalities.

His trial experience began with prosecuting criminal trials as a Deputy District Attorney in Alameda County. He is a founding partner in the firm of Galloway, Lucchese, Everson & Picchi, one of the preeminent defense firms in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Mr. Galloway is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, a member of the American Board of Trial Lawyers (ABOTA), and has been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America for more than 10 years.

By invitation, he is a Fellow in the International Society of Barristers and past President of the California Medical-Legal Committee. Mr. Galloway has been asked to participate on panels in lecture series presented to attorneys, insurance representatives and physician groups.

Mr. Galloway received a B.A. from the University of San Francisco and his law degree in 1970 from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he was a member of the Pacific Law Journal.
