Mr. Picchi specializes in medical malpractice defense, legal malpractice defense, hospital liability defense, Medical Board and hospital credentialing matters. He also handles product liability defense, as well as public entity defense in excessive force actions, and premises liability actions.

Mr. Picchi is a member of the American Bar Association, the San Francisco County Bar Association, the Contra Costa County Bar Association, and the Alameda County Bar Association. He has been a member of the firm, both in its present and its predecessor forms, since 1991.

Mr. Picchi is a 1987 graduate of University of California at Berkeley with a B. A. in Rhetoric and a J.D. from Santa Clara University and was admitted to the California Bar in 1991.
