Aaron T. Schultz

Mr. Schultz has been with our firm since 2005. He was admitted to the bar in 2002 after obtaining his JD from the University of California, Davis. Prior to joining our firm he specialized in providing insurance coverage opinions and defense of bad faith actions and toxic torts.

Currently Mr. Schultz concentrates in the areas of professional liability and civil rights litigation in both state and federal court. His representation of professionals has included hospitals, physicians, and attorneys. In the area of civil rights actions, Mr. Schultz has represented both individuals and institutions from a variety of claims brought under 42 U.S.C 1983.
