Ms. Sparks handles our more difficult legal motions, writs and appeals and has several published opinions.

Ms. Sparks obtained her undergraduate degree from U.C. Berkeley. She graduated from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1988, With Distinction. She was a member of the Traynor Honor Society and the Pacific Law Journal.

She has been a member of our firm since 1988, and is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of California, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
